What is Be Part of Research?
Be Part of Research is a website designed for the public and aims to make information about taking part in research available to anyone. It already receives tens of thousands of visits each month and we have ambitious plans to grow this.
Development priorities
We have identified a number of priorities and are currently scoping plans for phase three which will begin in April 2020:
1. Additional study feeds – We are reviewing the study feeds to ensure that we have as close to a complete picture of all recruiting clinical studies. We are aware that this is an issue for LCRNs and is a priority for us to fix.
2. NHS Login – the delivery of NHS login for the service, which will allow a more personalised approach to using Be Part of Research and work is currently underway to deliver this.
3. User journey approach – the team are currently undertaking user experience research activities to help understand more about our audience and what they need from us to inform future developments and content.
Tell us what you think
We’d like you to tell us how the site works for you and what areas you’d like to see improved.
You can do so by completing the feedback link on the top right hand side in this BPOR feedback microsite. The site has some brief information on the service.
Tell others
Please can you share this information with your colleagues and teams as the more feedback we receive, the better. We require information on how the site is being utilised to develop improvement processes to continue to expand on how the service is received and utilised.
We are collecting feedback through the microsite until 20 March 2020.
Please note: there is a link on the Be Part of Research site to provide general feedback at all times.
