Ensuring your studies still meet Terms and Conditions for NIHR CRN support

The Terms and Conditions for NIHR CRN support (T&Cs) require sponsors (or delegates) to provide assessments of study progress alongside regular updates of key data items and milestones.
By providing the NIHR CRN with up to date information, the CRN can provide DHSC with a clear view of portfolio activity and ensure that CRN support and NHS support costs are directed to support studies appropriately.
Therefore sponsors and their delegates should familiarise themselves with the Sponsor Engagement Tool (assessmystudy.nihr.ac.uk) access the supporting materials in NIHR Learn and provide regular assessments and information, as per the T&Cs. Please reach out to your local LCRN if you need support and advice about how to do this.
Please note:
- Sponsors and delegates should continue to provide the NIHR CRN with any updated study milestones, information and recruitment activity regularly through their usual NIHR CRN main point of contact. CRN teams should action data changes in CPMS as soon as possible upon notification of a change.
