NIHR climate, health and sustainability End of commitments report – 2024 to 2026

The NIHR’s Climate, Health and Sustainability Report 2024-2026 highlights significant progress in building evidence and innovation to help health and care services respond to climate change. Over the two-year period, NIHR invested £23.7 million in new research funding and £11.1 million in career development awards, supporting projects that improve population health, strengthen the resilience of health and care services, and reduce the environmental impact of healthcare.
