National Contract Value Review insights and round two of data collection initiated by NHSE

The Lead NHS site review of new interactive Costing Tools for commercial research has been underway for over two months and the latest figures on these can be found in our monthly commercial services report. Insight from this activity has already provided insights to shape and refine the allocation process: please continue to share your experiences and ideas with your Local CRN Industry representative or via the MS teams community of practice. NIHR clinical speciality leads and other specialist groups are defining resource review standards for their clinical areas and these are being shared through the community of practice so do keep an eye out for these.

NHSE have also contacted all NHS Organisations to thank them for the data provided in round one and outline the plans for the new year to collect further information on price variants to the values generated by the UK interactive Costing Tool. Each Local CRN Industry Single Point of Contact email address has been copied to the distribution so please reach out to your Local CRN colleagues where helpful.
