RDF Research Contracts Group Draft Agreement Template

The Research and Development Forum’s Research Contracts Group have drafted a template agreement (Investigator-led study agreement) that they worked on, which is now out for consultation on the HRA (Health Research Authority) website.

The draft Investigator Initiated Study Agreement is proposed for future use between non-commercial sponsors and commercial organisations providing support for investigator-initiated trials.
