NIHR Industry Engagement and Delivery Review

In August 2024, the Industry Engagement and Delivery Review was launched to identify gaps and overlaps in NIHR’s engagement with industry. The review aims to ensure NIHR’s partnerships with industry align with and support the Department of Health and Social Care health and growth missions, driving innovation, fostering economic growth and improving patient care through collaborative research.
By evaluating current capabilities and proposing practical recommendations with new performance metrics, these changes strive to enhance cooperation, increase transparency and position NIHR as a driving force for the UK’s health and economic ambitions.
