HRA UPDATE: Feedback on your experience of study set-up at site in the UK over the past year

The Health Research Authority has been working with partners as part of the UK Clinical Research Delivery (UKCRD) programme to introduce changes to help speed up to the study set-up at site process and ensure there is a consistent approach across the UK.
Last year the HRA carried out a survey asking people working across health and social care research about their experience of study set-up at sites.
The HRA shared the results of the survey in August 2025 and used the results to create a benchmark to measure experience of study set-up at site.
The HRA promised that they would repeat the survey again in 2026, as they want to see if the changes that they have introduced over the past year have improved your experience of study set-up at site in the UK.
