NIHR Update: The RDN Public Partner Community Project

The RDN Public Partner Community project continues to make great progress as RDN moves toward consolidating our regional involvement models into a single, unified community of Public Partners.
Key upcoming developments include:
- Induction & Learning Resources: A self-directed online induction module is live on NIHR Learn, supported by upcoming face-to-face induction materials to ensure every public partner feels confident and supported in their role.
- Reward and recognition: RDN is establishing a network-wide agreement to ensure fair and consistent reward and recognition, including non-monetary recognition and reward, for involvement and engagement activities across RDN.
- National Community & CRM Platform: Work is underway to develop a single CRM platform and database that will provide transparent and equal access to involvement opportunities across RDN.
