Pre-funding Feasibility Assessments
Date: 30 May 2023
The NIHR CRN and NETSCC will soon be piloting a pre-funding feasibility peer review process. This is a process by which the NIHR CRN will be asking Specialty Leads to undertake peer reviews to assess the feasibility of delivering studies prior to them being funded. The pilot is in conjunction with the NIHR EME and HTA programmes as part of the Reset process.
As part of the process funding applicants will be asked to submit a Feasibility Assessment Report with their application. The report will be generated by the LCRN after discussion with the applicant.
Prof Nick Lemoine (NIHR CRN Medical Director) and Tracy Harman (NIHR CRN Head of Medical Directorate) would like to invite you to attend one of a series of presentations we are scheduling where we will outline the process and timelines.
Please note you will only need to attend one session. We have tried to identify varied times and days of the week to enable as many of you as possible to attend around your other commitments.
Please select the presentation you would like to attend, and follow the link to the Zoom registration page. Once completed, you will receive an email containing the Zoom joining details, including a link to add the invitation to your preferred calendar.
