Following the huge success of RDF23, which saw over 850 attend the Conference, the NHS R&D Forum are inviting expressions of interest for exhibition and sponsorship of RDF24.

RDF24 will take place at Celtic Manor, Newport, Wales from the 12-14 May next year. 

What is an expression of interest?

The expression of interest secures you an option to purchase the item(s) selected. The order of the option depends on the order in which we receive expressions. e.g. if you express interest in say the New Entrant Sponsor and two other companies have expressed interest first, you will be offered the chance to book this only if the first two options are not taken up. It is therefore sensible to express interest as soon as possible.

When will options open?

Options will open on 11th September. Each option is valid for 48 hours. 

Are expressions of interest binding?

No, they just secure you an option window to book

What about the Lanyards?

There has been so much demand for lanyard sponsorship already that it has been decided the fairest way is to have a “best and final offer” approach. The guide price is £2500 (and you must also supply the lanyards). However, we are inviting interesting parties to submit their offer below.
